New Skillset to tackle skills shortage
Coinciding with National Career Development week, Central West Group Apprentices has launched its new brand, Skillset.
Almost 100 business owners and trainers attended the Skillset launch held at the National Motor Racing Museum which showcased the range of training, recruitment, safety and HR services the new brand will offer its customers.
CEO Ben Bardon believes that CWGA’s 26 years experience as one of Australia’s largest Group Training Companies will prove to be a key advantage for Skillset.
"With over 1,000 employees at CWGA we understand the skills and attributes that businesses look for in their workforce," says CEO Ben Bardon
"CWGA will continue to offer its high standard of services to apprentices and trainees, while the Skillset brand allows us to expand our product range to include training, recruitment, OH&S services and more."
"Through Skillset we’ll be guiding school leavers into trade, technical and other vocationally oriented careers and developing customised training programs for existing employees who want their current skills recognised or who are looking for on-the-job training that opens up new career opportunities."
Skillset is able to help companies recruit, train and develop staff to reach their potential.
"Skillset has the advice, training and recruitment services to help businesses of all sizes realise their potential," says Mr Bardon.
